I am a native Italian professional translator with several years' experience in translating from English. After learning foreign languages (English, German and French) in Italy, and beginning studies in Political Sciences at the university of Milan, I moved to Dublin, Ireland, where I studied Arts at University College Dublin, graduating with a BA in English and German and an MA in Anglo-Irish Literature and Drama.
My education and professional training continued with post-graduate courses in translation, at City University London and at the Institute for Interpreters and Translators in Milan. I then passed with distinction the exam for the Diploma in Translation from the Institute of Linguists. I currently live in Berlin, where I am pursuing further language studies in view of qualifying as a translator for German to Italian as well.
